My name is Ana Montak, and I create under the artist name Caotica. I am an artist and a healer, devoted to exploring and expressing the subtle connections between inner transformation and creative expression. My work flows across illustration, handcrafted jewelry, writing, and deeply personal one-on-one sessions, each facet reflecting a different doorway into the same intention: supporting awareness, authenticity, and gentle evolution. At the heart of everything I create is a deep trust in the intuitive process. I believe that each person carries an inner wisdom that, when given space and attention, naturally begins to unfold. Whether through a visual piece, a crafted object, or a shared conversation, I approach each interaction with sensitivity and presence, allowing what needs to emerge to do so in its own time and rhythm.
Illustration
My illustrations are an extension of my spiritual practice and the inner journey I consciously began in 2017. What started as a personal exploration gradually unfolded into a visual language – one that speaks through symbols, archetypes, and intuitive forms. Each piece carries layers of meaning, often revealing something new over time, depending on where the viewer is in their own process. From this path, the Evolve Cards were born – an introspective tool designed to encourage self-reflection, emotional awareness, and personal growth. These cards are not about prediction, but about presence; they invite the individual to pause, tune inward, and engage with their own inner guidance. They have become an essential part of my one-on-one work, offering a gentle structure through which deeper insights can emerge.
Shamanic jewelry
The jewelry I create is more than a collection of unique, handcrafted objects; it is a collaborative and intuitive process between myself and the person who will wear the piece. Each creation begins with a conversation – sometimes spoken, sometimes felt – through which I connect with the individual’s energy, intentions, and current life themes. From there, I design and craft a piece that resonates on a personal level, something that can serve as both an anchor and a reminder. The materials, forms, and details are chosen with care, allowing each piece to carry a sense of meaning, presence, and quiet support in everyday life.

In my one-on-one sessions, I draw from years of inner work, spiritual exploration, and lived experience. These sessions are not about fixing or directing, but about creating a safe and grounded space where a person can meet themselves more fully. Through intuitive guidance, deep listening, and gentle inquiry, I support individuals in becoming aware of patterns, emotions, and inner tensions that are ready to be seen and softened. The process often involves both reflection and release – allowing what has been held or suppressed to gradually come into awareness, without force or judgment.
