3.2 One-on-One Sessions

  • Sessions must be booked in advance
  • You are responsible for attending at the agreed time
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions without refund

3.3 Graphic Design Services

  • Scope, pricing, and timelines are agreed upon before work begins
  • Initial concepts, revisions, and final delivery will be specified per project
  • Final files are delivered upon full payment unless otherwise agreed

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Euro
  • Payments must be made in full before order fulfillment or service delivery
  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time

Accepted payment methods will be listed at checkout.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within 7 business days
  • Delivery times vary depending on location
  • Caotica is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

6. Returns & Refunds

6.1 Physical Products

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Custom or personalized items are non-refundable

6.2 Services (Sessions & Design)

  • Sessions: cancellations must be made at least 1 day in advance for a refund or rescheduling
  • Graphic design services are non-refundable once work has started

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, graphics, and materials created by Caotica remain the intellectual property of Caotica unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or modify designs without permission
  • Claim authorship of Caotica’s work

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Interfere with website functionality
  • Submit false or misleading information

9. Limitation of Liability

Caotica is not liable for:

  • Indirect or incidental damages
