Often, we don’t connect the fears we carry in our everyday life with the wounds we experienced – usually early on.

The subconscious speaks a different language than the conscious mind. If it didn’t, we could simply say, “From now on, I’m not afraid anymore.” But healing doesn’t work like that.

True release begins when we gently look at the wound, acknowledge it, and offer it the love that wasn’t there when it was needed most.

The shamanic jewelry I create – together with the inner work that comes with it – is an invitation to do exactly that. A soft, intentional way to help loosen what has been stuck in the subconscious, and to reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
